Guidelines for Excellent Work Performance of Civil Servants Nakhon Pathom Provincial Administrative Organization

Abstract

The Nakhon Pathom Provincial Administrative Organization plays an important role in local development and improving the quality of life of the people in the areaby civil servants are an important mechanism in driving various missions to achieve success. This research study has the objective 1) to study the problem of excellent performance of civil servants in the Nakhon Pathom Provincial Administrative Organization and 2) to study guidelines for excellent performance of civil servants
in the Nakhon Pathom Provincial Administrative Organization. This research is qualitative research. There were 17 key informants divided into 2 groups: local government officials; and service recipient groups. The research results found that (1) The problem of excellent performance of civil servants in the Nakhon Pathom Provincial Administrative Organization quality of work is caused by many factors such as limited resource management rules complex systems and regulations. There is also the problem of personnel lacking skills or lack of appropriate manpower. As for the amount of work, civil servants are responsible for many aspects of work at the same time. This causes a lack of good planning and duplication. As for the improper allocation of time causing you to face pressure to complete your work on time. Including limited budget and allocation that do not match the needs, making it impossible to purchase necessary materials resulting. (2) Guidelines for excellent work performance of civil servants of the Nakhon Pathom Provincial Administrative Organization quality of work the focus should be on creating shared goals and understanding. Ready to develop skills to be able to accept and solve problems quickly. For the workload there should be planning and prioritization by assigning work according to the skills of personnel. As for time planning and communication with your team will reduce duplication and increase efficiency including expenses the focus should be on transparency and efficiency by carefully allocating the budget and regularly reviewing spending.
