Capacity development of Royal Thai Army Headquarters Support Department to support national development and assist the people

Abstract

Royal Thai Army Headquarters Support Department that jointly drives the important mission. Together, we drive and drive the main mission to support national development and help the people, which is the origin of the study to use the evaluation results as a guideline for improving project activities. The objectives are: 1.To study the potential development of the Royal Thai Army Headquarters support section. 2. To study the factors affecting the development of the potential of the Royal Thai Army Headquarters Support Division. and 3. To propose guidelines for developing the potential of the Army Headquarters Support Division to support national development and help the people.It is qualitative research. Data were collected from informants from those working in the Royal Thai Army Headquarters' support section. Bangkok There were 20 officers with positions at the supervisory level and above. Analyzed with interpretations to draw conclusions. The results of the study found that

1. The development of the potential of the Army Headquarters Support Division consists of organizational leadership, strategic planning, focus on service recipients and stakeholders, measurement, analysis and knowledge management, information and knowledge management, focus on human resources, process management and operational results, which are the core of driving the organization in all dimensions.2. Factors that affect the development of the potential of the Army Headquarters Support Division include: 1) New concepts in public administration, 2) Democratic values,3) Pracharat, and 4) Administrative responsibility, i.e. morality/ethics. All of these are guidelines for analyzing external factors that will affect the development of the organization and 3. The guidelines for the development of the agency should include training and developing personnel to be ready in many aspects, checking tools and equipment to be ready for use, promoting the introduction of new technology systems to organize community development activities, studying and surveying the needs of the people in development to make it suitable for the community, and integrating cooperation with various agencies to jointly develop the community continuously.
