Abstract

The research objective was 1) To study the characteristics Trust in administration, and organizational citizenship behavior 2) To study the influence of job characteristics that affect the organizational citizenship behavior 3) To study the influence of job characteristics That affect the Trust in
the administration 4) To study the influence of Trust in administration That affect the organizational citizenship behavior 5) To study the medium variable of the Trust in the administration Influence between job characteristics That affect the organizational citizenship behavior. This study was designed based on quantitative methods. Questionnaires were used with a sample is academic Staff and support staff College of sport science and technology, Mahidol University the data from 101 By analysis the frequency, percentage, mean , standard deviation and the hypothesis analysis by simple linear regression The results revealed that the levels of opinion on job characteristics, Trust in administration, and organizational citizenship behavior are at high level, Are also found that factor of job characteristics That affect positive the organizational citizenship behavior and the job characteristics That affect positive between Trust in administration and the organizational citizenship behavior.
