The Relationship between Quality of Work Life and Employee’s Organizational Commitment Case Study: Corporation in Nakhon Pathom Province

The objective of this study is to investigate the levels of quality of work life and organizational commitment, and to investigate the relationship between quality of work life and employee’s organizational commitment in a corporation in Nakhon Pathom Province. The data gathered from the replied questionnaires by the 165 employees of the company indicate that the 3 factors of 1) relationship between coworkers, supervisors, and subordinates, 2) characteristics of works, and 3) work environment and atmosphere have positive influence with employee’s organizational commitment. The factors of employee’s revenue and compensation and work advancement, however, have no significant influence with employee’s organizational commitment.
