Channel, Message and Lifelong Learning Approach Promoting about Arts, Culture and Wisdom of Educational Institutes, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province

Abstract
This research had the objectives to 1) study obstacles, learning problems, and to enhance the arts, culture and wisdom of educational institutions, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, and 2) to find channel, message and lifelong learning approach to promote about arts, culture and wisdom of educational institutions. The researcher selected qualitative research with in-depth interview as a tool. The key informants were 16 teachers purposively selected according to the geographic areas which were mountain (Khao), forest (Pa), rice field (Na), and sea (Le) of Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The findings revealed that the top three problems of learning and enhancing the arts and culture of the educational institutions were the lack of teachers who teach in arts, culture and wisdom, the lack of budget for organizing arts, culture and wisdom activities in schools, and the lack of family supports for students. For the channel, the key informants needed online media and activity media. The message should highlight making students proud, adapting arts, culture and wisdom to be more contemporary and promoting students’ learning in group. For lifelong learning approach, the school should use online media as a tool for supporting students’ learning.
