The Development of Learning Organization Model for Basic Education Schools in Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Area 2

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to develop the learning organization model for basic education schools in Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area 2. The study were divided into 3 steps. The first step was to study the learning organization characteristics for basic education schools in Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area 2. The second step was to create the learning organization model for basic education schools in Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area 2. The third step was to study the application of the learning organization model to basic education schools in Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area 2.
The results of this research were as follows.
1. Regarding the characteristics of basic education schools in Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area 2, the learning organization was found to consist of six components: shared vision, knowledge management, teamwork, prepare action to change, system thinking, and leadership.
2. The learning organization model for the basic education schools in Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area 2 consists of 5 elements as described below: 1) Background 2) Concept 3) Objective of model 4) Process of model, which includes 5 stages of preparing, knowledge creation, implementing knowledge, exchanging knowledge, and storing knowledge, and 5) the evaluation of model impiemention. The evaluation of the quality of the learning organization model for the basic education schools in Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area 2 by five experts revealed that, the feasibility was at the high level and the appropriateness was at the highest level.
3. The application of the learning organization model for the basic education schools in Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area 2 indicated the level of the learning organization after the model test was significantly higher than that of before.
