An Administrative Management Model of Thai Leather Exporting Industry

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors toward the performance of administrative management of Thai leather exporting industry. Sampling groups are composed of 420 business owners, executives and managers in Thai leather exporting organizations. Data were collected by using a questionnaire, and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics and the structural equation model (SEM) in order to develop the management model of Thai leather exporting industry.
The findings reveal that the character of organizational administrations, organizational resources, product management, exporting marketing, and external environment are significantly directly and indirectly related to the administration management of Thai leather exporting industry both directly and indirectly. As a result of the test statistics and research, a PMEC model is developed for the administration management of Thai leather exporting industry.
