Satisfaction of Organization Management and Implementation of Good Governance in Local Administration

Abstract
This research was designed to 1) examine the satisfaction of personnel administration of local governments in organizational management, 2) study the implementation of good governance in local government, and 3) to study the relationship between management satisfaction and implementation of good governance in local administration. The study population consisted of 1,076 person who work in local government., The sample of 258 persons were randomly selected. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The study results revealed that the satisfaction of local administration was in the medium level in infrastructure management, economics and agriculture, environment and tourism issues, but in the high level in people and society development and political administration issues. The implementation of good governance in local administration was at a high level relating to rule of law, moral, responsibility and value, but was in the moderate level in transparency and participation. There is also a relationship between satisfaction with of organization management and implementation of good governance in local administration.
