เทคนิคเกมมิฟิเคชันที่มีผลต่อความเข้าใจไวยากรณ์ภาษาฝรั่งเศสของผู้เรียนวิชาเอกภาษาฝรั่งเศสชาวไทยระดับอุดมศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ

การเรียนไวยากรณ์ภาษาฝรั่งเศสเป็นความท้าทายที่สำคัญของผู้เรียนชาวไทยเพราะโครงสร้างทางภาษาของทั้ง 2 ภาษามีความแตกต่างกันมากจนอาจทำให้ผู้เรียนรู้สึกว่าการเรียนไวยากรณ์ซับซ้อนและอาจขาดแรงจูงใจในการเรียน การวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์และความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาชาวไทยวิชาเอกภาษาฝรั่งเศสต่อการใช้เทคนิคเกมมิฟิเคชัน (Gamification) ในการเรียนไวยากรณ์ รวมทั้งวิเคราะห์ผลของเทคนิคดังกล่าวต่อความเข้าใจและการจดจำไวยากรณ์ภาษาฝรั่งเศสในระดับอุดมศึกษา การศึกษาครั้งนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีเชิงคุณภาพโดยเก็บข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง (Semi-structured Interview) กับนักศึกษาชาวไทยจำนวน 30 คน จากมหาวิทยาลัย 2 แห่งในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ผู้วิจัยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้รับด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา (Content Analysis) และการวิเคราะห์เชิงธีม (Thematic Analysis) ผลการวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นว่าการใช้เทคนิคเกมมิฟิเคชันสามารถช่วยเพิ่มแรงจูงใจ ความเข้าใจและความมั่นใจให้แก่ผู้เรียน โดยกลไกของเกม (Game Mechanics) เช่น คะแนนและข้อเสนอแนะย้อนกลับแบบทันเวลาช่วยส่งเสริมความเข้าใจและการจดจำกฎไวยากรณ์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ขณะที่ไดนามิกของเกม (Game Dynamics) เช่น ความร่วมมือและความสำเร็จช่วยลดความวิตกกังวลและสร้างบรรยากาศที่ส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้เรียน จากผลการศึกษาผู้วิจัยเสนอให้ผู้สอนออกแบบกิจกรรมฝึกทักษะไวยากรณ์ให้มีความยากพอเหมาะกับความสามารถของผู้เรียนและเน้นการฝึกใช้ความรู้ในบริบทสมจริงและติดตามความก้าวหน้าแบบรายบุคคล ทั้งนี้งานวิจัยในอนาคตอาจ    มุ่งศึกษาการประยุกต์ใช้เทคนิคเกมมิฟิเคชันกับผู้เรียนในช่วงวัยหรือรายวิชาอื่นเพื่อเปรียบเทียบรูปแบบการตอบสนองและผลการเรียนรู้ในบริบทที่หลากหลายมากขึ้น
