Abstract

The aims of this research are to study the educational supervision for the continuous
educational quality development, problems and suggestions for the educational supervision
for the continuous educational quality development of schools in Omkoy Education Development Network Group under Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Offce 5.
The population of the research consisted of school administrators and teachers; 173 in the
total. The data was collected via questionnaires and then was analyzed by the statistical
methods of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The results showed that overall the educational supervision for the continuous
educational quality development of schools in Omkoy Education Development Network
Group was at the highest level. When considered in descending order by the average of
the most to the least; the educational supervision, the measurement and evaluation
supervision, the curriculum development supervision, and the instructional aids supervision,
respectively.
The suggestions were as follows: should have the opportunity to analyze the
strength and weaknesses and the educational supervision to fnd the guidelines for
development, and should apply supervision results to improve the educational supervision
planning for continuous improvement.
