Abstract

The purposes of this research are to study the state, problems and suggestions for
the information technology usage in 21st century with PDCA Cycle of school in Mae Suad
Educational Quality Development Network under Mea Hong Son Primary Educational
Service Area Offce 2. The samples of the research consisted 89 peoples. The data was
collected via questionnaires and then was analyzed by the statistical methods of
frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
It found that overall the information technology usage in 21st century with PDCA
Cycle of school in Mae Suad Educational Quality Development Network under Mea Hong
Son Primary Educational Service Area Offce 2 was at a high level. When each aspect was
considered, it was found that all aspects were at a high level, considered in descending
order by the average of the most to the least; using information technology in the
management and services in education, the development of information technology for
education, application of information technology in the production and development of
personnel, and the availability of information technology, respectively.
The problems were as follows: lack of technological equipment to facilitate use
of the information, teachers and educational personnel lack of ideas or consultation in
operation, they did not work hard to develop potential and expertise available, teachers
and educational personnel had no comments or suggestions and issues related to their job.
The suggestions were as follows: should be allocated in the budget for the
procurement of technological equipment to provide ready-to-use, should teachers and
education personnel with creative works by having an exchange of ideas and sharing more
work, should give teachers and staff development work hard according to their capacity
and expertise available, and should be open to teachers and educational personnel for
any comments or suggestions, issues related to their duties
