Abstract

The aims of this research are to study the personnel development and disciplinary
maintenance, problems and suggestions for personnel development and disciplinary
maintenance based on suffciency economy philosophy of the educational opportunity
expansion schools in Pa Pae Educational Quality Development Network under Mae Hong
Son Primary Educational Service Area Offce 2. The population of the research consisted
of school administrators and teachers in the academic year of 2017; 50 in the total. The
data was collected via questionnaires and then was analyzed by the statistical methods
of frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The results showed that overall the personnel development and disciplinary
maintenance based on suffciency economy philosophy of the educational opportunity
expansion schools in Pa Pae Educational Quality Development Network was at a high
level. When considered in descending order by the average of the most to the least; the
discipline and disciplinary maintenance aspect was at a high level and the personnel
development aspect was at a high level, respectively.
The problems were as follows: the personnel development aspect, there was lack
of budget to support personnel to attend the training or seminars. The discipline and
disciplinary maintenance aspect, school administrators ignored some teachers’ behavior.
The suggestions were as follows: the personnel development aspect, should train
the personnel to know the new task before rotating or moving. The discipline and
disciplinary maintenance aspect, school administrators should not ignore some teachers’
behavior.
