ยุทธศาสตร์การบริหารจัดการการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการสื่อสารในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา โรงเรียนเทศบาล 2 (สามัคคีราษฎร์รังสรรค์)

Abstract

การศึกษายุทธศาสตร์การบริหารจัดการ การจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสาร เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการ สื่อสารในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักเรียน ระดับประถมศึกษาโรงเรียนเทศบาล 2 (สามัคคีราษฎร์รังสรรค์) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา สภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอน และศึกษาปัจจัย ที่มีผลต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารของนักเรียน ระดับประถมศึกษาและกำหนดยุทธศาสตร์ โดยผลการศึกษามีดังนี้

ผลการศึกษาสภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารของนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา โรงเรียนเทศบาล 2 (สามัคคีราษฎร์รังสรรค์) โดยใช้เครื่องมือในการศึกษา ได้แก่ แบบทดสอบคุณภาพการศึกษากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาต่าง ประเทศ (ภาษาอังกฤษ) พบว่านักเรียน ส่วนใหญ่ทำคะแนนได้ไม่เกินร้อยละ50 และผลการศึกษาปัจจัยสำคัญที่มีผลต่อการจัดการ เรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการสื่อสารในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา โดยใช้ เครื่องมือในการศึกษาได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 22 คน พบว่ามีคิดเห็นต่อการจัดการเรียน การสอนภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก จากการศึกษาจึงได้กำหนดยุทธศาสตร์การบริหารจัดการการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารโดยมีทั้งหมด 5 ยุทธศาสตร์ ได้แก่

ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 1 การพัฒนาหลักสูตรการสอนภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารในศตวรรษที่ 21

ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 2 การใช้สื่อการสอนเพื่อส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพในศตวรรษ ที่ 21

ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 3 การพัฒนาครูผู้สอนให้มีทักษะการสอนภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสาร ในศตวรรษที่ 21

ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 4 การสร้างบรรยากาศในการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสาร ในศตวรรษที่ 21

ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 5 การพัฒนารูปแบบการวัดและประเมินผลทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ เพื่อการสื่อสารในศตวรรษที่ 21

โดยการดำเนินงานตามยุทธศาสตร์ทั้ง 5 จะช่วยให้การจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารของนักเรียนระดับประถม ศึกษา โรงเรียนเทศบาล 2 (สามัคคีราษฎร์รังสรรค์) มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น

The strategies for management of instructional management English for communications to promote communication skills in the 21st century of primary students Municipality 2

The strategic studies for management of instructional management english for communication to promote communication skills in the 21st century of primary students Municipality 2 (Samakkhee Ratrangsan) school. The purposes of this research were to study the instructional management and the factors that affect the instructional management of english in order to communication of elementary school students and strategy defined. The results of were as follows study results of instructional management english for communication of elementary school students Municipality 2 (Samakkhee Ratrangsan) school by using a tool to study include tests study group learning a foreign language (English) found that most have scored less than 50 percent and factors results that affect the instructional management english for communication to promote the skills of communication in the 21st century of elementary school students by an educational using tool include questionnaire. The samples were headmaster and teachers of 22 people found that the reviews on the instructional management english for communication were at the high level.

The study has determined strategy management of teaching and learning english for communication with all five strategy include.

Strategy 1 The development of instructional management for communication in the 21st century.

Strategy 2 The using instructional media for so encourage the students use english to communication effectively in the 21st century.

Strategy 3 To develop teachers skills in teaching english for communication in the 21st century.

Strategy 4 To create an atmosphere of learning english for communication in the 21st century.

Strategy 5 The developed a model to measure and evaluate the English language skills to communication in the 21st century.

The implementation of the strategy all 5 allows for the teaching of english for communication of elementary school students Municipality 2 (Samakkhee Ratrangsan) school are even more effective.
