Causal Relationships between Transformational Leadership Affecting Organizational Culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Employees of the Wire Harness for Automotive Manufacturing Industry in Amata City Industrial Estate

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study: 1) the level of opinion on transformational leadership, organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior of employees of the Wire Harness for Automotive Manufacturing Industry in Amata City Industrial Estate, and 2) the influences of transformational leadership on organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior of employees of the Wire Harness for Automotive Manufacturing Industry in Amata City Industrial Estate. The samples were 320 employees of the Wire Harness for Automotive Manufacturing Industry in Amata City Industrial Estate. The instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire set and the data were analyzed by using a statistical software program such as Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and Multiple Regression Analysis.The results indicated that the level of opinion on transformational leadership, organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior of employees of the Wire Harness for Automotive Manufacturing Industry in Amata City Industrial Estate were at a high level. Moreover, transformational leadership has a significant effect on organizational culture, particularly involvement culture and adaptability culture, at the 0.05 level, and that accounted for 53.70% and 51.70% of the variances, respectively. Transformational leadership has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior at the 0.05 level, and that accounted for 32.10% of the variances.
