บทคัดย่อ

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทบทวนวรรณกรรมและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยทบทวนวรรณกรรมเกี่ยวกับลักษณะ        ความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรมในองค์กรและรูปแบบของการสื่อสารในยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 ซึ่งนำไปสู่กลยุทธ์การสื่อสารเพื่อจัดการความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรมในองค์กรในยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 ทั้งนี้ การสื่อสารในความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรมเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นในการสร้างองค์กรที่มีความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรมไปสู่ความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงาน บทความนี้ได้นำเสนอกลยุทธ์การสื่อสารเพื่อจัดการความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรมที่เกิดขึ้นในองค์กรยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 คือ กลยุทธ์การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ  การสื่อสารในองค์กร กลยุทธ์การติดตามผลและการให้ข้อมูลย้อนกลับ และกลยุทธ์การสื่อสารโดยการนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาใช้ร่วมกับสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการสร้างความเข้มแข็งและประสบความสำเร็จในองค์กรที่มีความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรมในยุคของประเทศไทย 4.0
