การวิเคราะห์คุณลักษณะคุณภาพการบริการของศูนย์ชะลอวัย โดยประยุกต์แบบจำลองห้าคิวและแบบจำลองคาโน

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์คุณลักษณะของคุณภาพการให้บริการของศูนย์ชะลอวัยจากมุมมองของผู้รับบริการ ผู้วิจัยใช้แนวคิด แบบจำลองห้าคิวในการกำหนดคุณลักษณะเพื่อสร้างคุณภาพบริการที่ดีของศูนย์ชะลอวัย และใช้ แบบจำลองคาโน ในการค้นหาและพัฒนาคุณภาพบริการ รวมทั้งประยุกต์แนวคิดด้านโลจิสติกส์บริการ ในการอธิบายกระบวนการให้บริการด้านสุขภาพ โดยแนวคิดโลจิสติกส์บริการมุ่งเน้นการจัดการการไหลของผู้รับบริการข้อมูลและเวชภัณฑ์ภายในระบบบริการสุขภาพ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการให้บริการและลดระยะเวลารอคอยของผู้รับบริการ การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลดำเนินการด้วยแบบสอบถามจากผู้ใช้บริการศูนย์ชะลอวัยแห่งหนึ่ง โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบไม่อาศัยความน่าจะเป็น จำนวน 316 คน จากนั้นนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์โดยใช้ การวิเคราะห์ตามแบบจำลองคาโน ร่วมกับการคำนวณ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความพึงพอใจ และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความไม่พึงพอใจ เพื่อจำแนกบทบาทของคุณลักษณะการบริการที่มีต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการ ผลการศึกษาพบว่าคุณลักษณะคุณภาพการให้บริการสามารถจำแนกออกเป็นสองกลุ่มหลัก ได้แก่ คุณลักษณะที่สามารถสร้างความพึงพอใจและเสริมประสบการณ์เชิงบวกแก่ผู้รับบริการ จำนวน 5 รายการ และคุณลักษณะที่ผู้รับบริการรับรู้ว่า เป็นองค์ประกอบพื้นฐานของการให้บริการซึ่งไม่ส่งผลต่อระดับความพึงพอใจอย่างชัดเจน จำนวน 15 รายการ ผลการวิจัยสะท้อนให้เห็นว่าการบูรณาการแบบจำลองห้าคิว แบบจำลองคาโน และแนวคิดโลจิสติกส์บริการ สามารถอธิบายคุณภาพการให้บริการของศูนย์ชะลอวัยได้อย่างครอบคลุมทั้งในด้านโครงสร้าง กระบวนการให้บริการ และการรับรู้ของผู้รับบริการ ทั้งนี้ ผลการศึกษาสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาการจัดการคุณภาพการบริการของศูนย์ชะลอวัย รวมถึงสถานบริการสุขภาพที่มีลักษณะใกล้เคียงกันได้อย่างเหมาะสม
