จริยธรรมในการตีพิมพ์ผลงานวิชาการ/วิจัย

ในวารสารมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุบลราชธานี ยึดมั่นในหลักจริยธรรมการพิมพ์ตามมาตรฐานระดับนานาชาติตามกรอบแนวทางจริยธรรมการตีพิมพ์ของ Committee on Publcation Ethice (COPE) ดังต่อไปนี้

 

                   Publication Ethics for Academic Works / Researches

Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University adheres to the publication ethics according to international standards in accordance with the publication ethics framework of Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) as follows

 

จริยธรรมในการตีพิมพ์ของกองบรรณาธิการวารสาร

1. กองบรรณาธิการมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในกระบวนการจัดพิมพ์ของ วารสารมนุษยศาสตร์และ

สังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุบลราชธานี เพื่อให้มีคุณภาพทางวิชาการสูงสุด และบรรณาธิการพร้อมที่จะแก้ไขและชี้แจงข้อผิดพลาดที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการจัดพิมพ์ในกรณีต่างๆ

2. กองบรรณาธิการมีความเป็นกลางในการทำหน้าที่ โดยไม่แบ่งแยกความแตกต่างเรื่องเพศ เชื้อชาติ

ศาสนา หรือความเชื่อทางการเมือง

3. กองบรรณาธิการจะได้กำหนดแนวทางสำหรับผู้เขียน และผู้ประเมินบทความเกี่ยวกับหน้าที่ของแต่ละ

ฝ่ายอย่างชัดเจน

4. กองบรรณาธิการมีการตัดสินใจในการเลือกตีพิมพ์บทความบนพื้นฐานของคุณภาพทางวิชาการและ

ความเหมาะสมสำหรับวารสารมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุบลราชธานี โดยปราศจากการแทรกแซงการตัดสินใจจากผู้อื่น

5. กองบรรณาธิการมีคำอธิบายเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการตีพิมพ์บทความในวารสารมนุษยศาสตร์และ

สังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุบลราชธานี ในเว็บไซต์ของวารสารอย่างชัดเจน

6. กองบรรณาธิการมีการจัดการต้นฉบับบทความที่ได้รับเข้ามาอย่างเป็นธรรม ปราศจากอคติในกรอบ

เวลาที่เหมาะสม และจัดการต้นฉบับทั้งหมดในทางลับ และส่งต่อให้บุคคลที่สามเพื่อเป้าประสงค์สำหรับการประเมินบทความแต่เพียงเท่านั้น

7. กองบรรณาธิการจะสร้างระบบที่สร้างความเชื่อมั่นได้ว่าข้อมูลของผู้ประเมินบทความจะได้รับการ

คุ้มครอง

8. ดุลยพินิจการพิจารณาบทความของกองบรรณาธิการ ผ่านระบบประเมินของ วารสารมนุษยศาสตร์

และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุบลราชธานี ให้ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

9. กองบรรณาธิการจะมีแนวทางในการส่งต่อข้อมูลให้กับกองบรรณาธิการคนใหม่เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการ

ทำงานที่จำเป็นทั้งหมด และจะได้ชี้แจงให้สมาชิกในกองบรรณาธิการได้ทราบเกี่ยวกับนโยบายและ/หรือแนวทางในการทำงานใหม่ๆ ที่อาจเกิดขึ้นอย่างสม่ำเสมอ

10. กองบรรณาธิการจะมีระบบในการจัดการผลประโยชน์ทับซ้อน (Conflicts of Intrests) ของ

บรรณาธิการ กองบรรณาธิการ ผู้เขียนต้นฉบับ ตลอดจนผู้ประเมินบทความอย่างชัดเจน

 

 

 

 

Publishing Ethics for Journal Editors

1. 1. Editors should be accountable for the printing process of Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences, Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University to ensure the highest academic quality and willing to publish corrections and clarifications when required.
2. 2. Editors should act in a fair and balanced way when carrying out their duties, without discriminating on grounds of gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious or political beliefs.
3. 3. Editors provide guidance to authors and reviewers about their duties clearly.
4. 4. Editors make decision on which articles to publish based on academic quality and suitability for Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences, Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University without interference from the other people.
5. 5. Editors provide explanations about the process of publishing the articles in Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences, Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University on the website of the journal clearly.
6. 6. Editors handle submission in a fair, unbiased and timely manner and treat all manuscripts as confidential for distribution to a third party for purposes of peer-review only.
7. 7. Editors create syestems to ensure that peer reviewrs’ identities are protected.
8. 8. Editors’ discretion through the assessment system of Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences, Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University to be regarded as final.
9. 9. Editors provide new editorial board members with guidelines on everything that is expected of them and should keep existing members updated on new policies and developments.
10. 10. Editors have systems for managing their own conflicts of interests as well as those of the editors, editorial board members, authors, and reviewers.

 

จริยธรรมในการตีพิมพ์สำหรับผู้เขียนต้นฉบับ

 

1. ผู้เขียนต้องชี้แจงต่อวารสารมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุบลราชธานี

ว่าต้นฉบับงานเขียนที่เสนอต่อวารสารฯ นั้นเป็นงานที่ผลิตขึ้นเอง และมีการอ้างอิงอย่างถูกต้องตามหลักวิชาการเพื่อหลีกเสี่ยงปัญหาการโจรกรรมผลงานวิชาการของผู้อื่น (Plagiarism)

2. ต้นฉบับของผู้เขียนนั้นต้องไม่ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์หรือทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของผู้อื่นไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ
3. กรณีที่มีผู้เขียนมากกว่า 1 คน การเรียงลำดับชื่อผู้เขียนให้เป็นการตัดสินใจของผู้เขียนร่วมทุกคน

และชี้แจงต่อบรรณาธิการให้ชัดเจน

4. ผู้เขียนต้องไม่เสนอต้นฉบับซ้ำซ้อนกับวารสารวิชาการอื่นในช่วงเวลาเดียวกันกับที่เสนอต่อ

วารสารมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุบลราชธานี

5. ผู้เขียนต้องได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากบุคคลที่สามอย่างชัดเจนในการผลิตซ้ำเนื้อหา

และรูปแบบ (text and image) ที่มีลิขสิทธิ์

6. ผู้เขียนควรต้องระบุแหล่งทุนในการทำวิจัย (ถ้ามี) ให้ชัดเจนในต้นฉบับ
7. กรณีที่อาจเกิดผลประโยชน์ทับซ้อนในประเด็นเกี่ยวเนื่องกับเนื้อหาที่จะตีพิมพ์ ในวารสาร

มนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุบลราชธานี ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ ผู้เขียนต้องระบุไว้ให้ชัดเจนด้วย

8. ผู้เขียนควรต้องแจ้งต่อบรรณาธิการหากตรวจพบว่ามีความผิดพลาดในการตีพิมพ์ เพื่อให้ทาง

วารสารมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุบลราชธานี ได้จัดพิมพ์แก้ไขเป็น erratum ก่อนเผยแพร่สู่สาธารณะ

10. ผู้เขียนย่อมมีสิทธิที่จะร้องเรียนหรือขอคำชี้แจงจากบรรณาธิการเกี่ยวกับการตัดสินใจตีพิมพ์

ผลงานต่าง ๆ

 

Publication Ethics for Journal Authors

 

1. 1. Authors must declare that all work in their submitted piece is original and cite content from other sources appropriately to avoid plagiarism.
2. 2. Authors must ensure that their paper do not contain any libelous matter or infringe any copyright or other intellectual property right of any other people.
3. 3. In case of more than one author, the order of authorship should be jointly determined by all of the co-authors and explain to the editor clearly.
4. 4. Authors must not submit the same manuscript to other academic journals during the same time of submission to Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences, Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University.
5. 5. Authors must obtain written permission to reproduce any content from third-party sources (text and images) with copyright.
6. 6. Authors should clearly identify the source of research funding (if any) in the manuscript.
7. 7. In case that there may be a conflict of interest in matters relating to the content to be published in the Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University regardless of any circumstance authors must specify clearly.
8. 8. Authors should inform the editor if there is a significant error in their published piece so that the Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University publishes an erratum, before publishing to the public.
9. 9. Authors have the right to appeal editorial decisions.

 

จริยธรรมในการตีพิมพ์สำหรับผู้ประเมินบทความ

1. ผู้ประเมินบทความควรมีส่วนช่วยในการพัฒนาคุณภาพของบทความต้นฉบับโดยการประเมิน

ต้นฉบับด้วยความใส่ใจ มีความเป็นกลาง และทำงานภายใต้กรอบเวลาที่เหมาะสม

2. ผู้ประเมินต้องแจ้งต่อบรรณาธิการทันทีหากมีข้อสงสัยว่าบทความที่ตนประเมินนั้นซ้ำซ้อนกับ

ที่ได้ประเมินให้วารสารวิชาการอื่น หรือมีความเสี่ยงที่จะเป็นการโจรกรรมผลงานทางวิชาการ

3. ผู้ประเมินต้องชี้แจงกรณีผลประโยชน์ทับซ้อนที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในประเด็นเกี่ยวกับบทความที่ตน

ได้รับมอบหมายให้ทำหน้าที่ประเมิน

4. ผู้ประเมินต้องเคารพในข้อมูลลับของต้นฉบับตลอดกระบวนการประเมินบทความ

 

Publication Ethics for Journal Article Reviewers

1. 1. Reviewers should assist in improving the quality of a submitted article by reviewing the manuscript with care, neutral, in a timely manner.
2. 2. Reviewers must inform the editor of any published or submitted content that is similar to the material under review, or any suspected plagiarism.
3. 3. Reviewers must declare any potential conflicts of interest relating to a specific article they have been assigned to assess.
4. 4. Reviewers must respect the confidentiality of any information in the manuscript during the review process.
