A Feasibility Study of Investment on Bilingual Kindergarten School in Amphoe Si Racha, Chon Buri Province

Abstract

The research aimed to explore the general states of the bilingual kindergarten                                                                  

schools in Chonburi province,  to study a suitable model of the bilingual school in Sriracha district and to analyze the financial feasibility and ability to change of the investment project.  The research was based on the primary data derived from non-participatory observation and an in-depth interview and the secondary data derived from academic papers and the Internet. The study found that there were four bilingual kindergarten schools and four international schools.  The investment project occupied two rais of land and had two buildings. Considering the financial study, the current value was equivalent to 9,402,114 baht. The profit rate was equivalent to 11.89 %.  The index of profitability was equivalent to 1.17. With the change value tested, it was found that the benefits could reduce at a maximum level by 6.67%.  The cost for implementation, investment and overall capital rose by The investment capital and overall capital  12.50, 16.68  and  7.14.  It could be concluded that the project was worthy for the investment and was found to have a low risk.
