Abstract
Public policy is considered the operational guidelines of the governmentor non-profit private entities and not affiliated with any government mixed
together by the government is leader on policy to organize resource for citizens
as a whole. The public policy making is to decision to solve or development
or meet demand,the important how to define must be required the information
from the decisions technics and theories. The process policy is including;the
problem identification, the problem information collection, the problem
analysis, the targetdetermination, to define the scope and framework of
policy, to study the imitations related to the policy, to design the policy alternatives, the alternatives analysis, the alternatives comparison, the alternatives
testing,the policy drafting,to suggest the strategy in the policy, and the policy
authorization and publishing respectively.
