The Last Regime : A Case Study of Absolute Democracy

Abstract

This article was compiled to present the findings from this independent
self-study. The objectives of the study were 1) to study the development of
the democracy where it was found development from 2- channel - Doctrine
Tyranny and Polity. 2) to study the democracy opinions of the western
philosophers where it was found that Democritus’s opinion it is the suitable
regime for humanity, but Plato’s opinions was considered lawless is the bad,
if without the Law it is the best regime . 3) to study the important principle
of the democracy where it was found that the ultimate power of and by the
people was divided into 3 parts were the Legislature, Administrator and Judge.
4) to study the Absolute Democracy from Thai academician’s opinions where
it was found that the regime had the equality for all in the political power
within the law and to divide all equal interest for all.
