กระบวนการส่งเสริมเอกลักษณ์อาชีพสำหรับกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุ ในตำบลบางปลา อำเภอบางพลี จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

Abstract
The purposes of qualitative research to studies (1) the elderly indentify occupation data in Tumbol Bangpla Bangplee district Samutphakarn province; (2) the participation process on promote the elderly indentify occupation group; (3) the alternative model on promote the elderly indentify occupation group and (4) to analysis alternative model on promote the elderly indentify occupation group in Tumbol Bangpla Bangplee district Samutphakarn province. The totaled 31 key informants of those who directly involved. The in-depth interview form, pair wise comparison form and opinion form were a research tools. The wise pair wise comparison analysis were analyze in analytic hierarchy process: AHP and analysis data of informants in model on promote the elderly indentify occupation group in Tumbol Bangpla Bangplee district Samutphakarn province.
The research results were found that. Most of the main elderly indentify occupation group were inland fisheries and agricultures. The secondary were fishery goods, agricultural products, culinary, original dessert and dramatic arts. The occupation found to less were curry paste and handicraft products.
The results of participation process on promote the elderly indentify occupation group were found that. The policy of promoting and supporting on the elderly occupation groups, the building a strong occupation community, the system of the elderly indentify occupation groups, the model suitable for the elderly occupation group and the and location for community-based tourism activities and building at community-based tourism in indentify occupation community.
The alternative analysis model were found that. Most of the alternative model was community based tourism, secondary was community market and at least was community welfare store and the results of community based tourism model to urge in occupation group at opportunity to increase their income and cooperate on produced their products to supports community-based tourism.
