Lifestyle behavior according to the Philosophy Sufficiency Economy of physical education students: Faculty of Education at Sisaket Rajabhat University

Abstract

The research of lifestyle behavior according to Philosophy Sufficiency Economy of
physical education students: faculty of education at Sisaket Rajabhat University, attempt to
study of theory about Philosophy Sufficiency Economy of physical education students and
lifestyle behavior follow this theory, it was found that:
1. The cognitions level on physical education students according to Philosophy
Sufficiency Economy at Sisaket Rajabhat University that students were perception on the
Philosophy Sufficiency Economy in overall at the high level average as 4.16 and standard
deviation as 0.74. 5 topics that students were perceptions on Philosophy Sufficiency
Economy as orders. Details as follows: Sufficiency Economy is the people live in sufficiency
and the middle way. All students known that the Sufficiency Economy as the farmer works,
then most of student perception that Sufficiency Economy is the way to live on subject, and
spend on what you have. Thus, the knowledge is important things to be uses for decide on
life according to Philosophy Sufficiency Economy.
2. The lifestyle behavior level of physical education students according to
Philosophy Sufficiency Economy at Sisaket Rajabhat University that lifestyle behavior follows
the Philosophy Sufficiency Economy in overall at the high level average as 3.53 and standard
deviation as 0.75 by orders from the knowledge of students. The important topic on
Philosophy Sufficiency Economy as 5 orders. Details as follows: students used the Philosophy
Sufficiency Economy in life both study and life. Then the students were save on money by
used the necessary thing such as cut down on alcohol and quit smoking, Thus, this reason
help students keep on money in family and their can treat on the resource of university.
