The The Effectiveness in Good Governance-based of Administration of Nongchumpol Neau Sub-district Administrative Organization Khao Yoi District in Phetchaburi Province

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the level of Good Governance-Based
Administration of Nongchumpol Neau Sub-District Administrative Organization in
Nongchumpol Neau Sub-District Khao Yoi District in Phetchaburi Province, and 2) to study
the relation between Good Governance factors and the Effectiveness of the Administration
of Nongchumpol Neau Sub-District Administrative Organization in Nongchumpol Neau SubDistrict Khao Yoi District in Phetchaburi Province. The sample included 368 voters eligible for
election. Data were collected by using 5-point rating scale questionnaires and checklists, and
were statistically analyzed for percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression
analysis.
The findings revealed as follows. 1) The Good Governance-Based Administration of
Nongchumpol Neau Sub-District Administrative Organization in Nongchumpol Neau SubDistrict Khao Yoi District in Phetchaburi Province was generally found at the high level and
the effectiveness of the Administration of Nongchumpol Neau Sub-District Administrative
Organization in Nongchumpol Neau Sub-District Khao Yoi District in Phetchaburi Province
was generally found at the high level and 2) The factors of cost-effectiveness, morality,
rules of law, accountability, transparency and participation were positively related to the
effectiveness of the administration of Nongchumpol Neau Sub-District Administrative
Organization in Nongchumpol Neau Sub-District Khao Yoi District in Phetchaburi Province
at a significance level.
