Risk Identification: Problems and Interpretation

Abstract
Risk Identification is one of the componentsof risk management. If the risk definition
is misconception due to a problem of misinterpretation, risk identification might be incorrect.
For examples ones might identify a problem as a risk. The problem has already happened
while the risk has not yet happened; therefore, identifying the problem as the risk can cause
damages. The problem should be immediately solved, or should not be slow down to
solve. In addition, identifying a problem as a risk might possible in some cases; however,
limitations are risks potentially happens in the future. Also, the word crisis is interchangeably
used though it can be categorized as a risk. When the crisis happens, it will be so called
‘hazard’ due to its negative impact rapidly, seriously and broadly affecting the organization
