Comparative analysis of the establishment of a local government organization Committee form based on the principle of decentralization and committee form ofthe Rojava Democratic Federation (Northern Syria)

Abstract

This academic article Aiming to study the structure of the board model according to the principle of decentralization to the local government organization and the model of the committee of the Rojava Democratic Federation. No head of state is appointed. There is no state administration, no police or military under state command, for example, but the power of the state rests on the individual communities. Which will act as law enforcement within their communities in unity The so-called "committees" form makes legislation a community legislative that needs direct approval of the people. Which was performed by an agent who was elected to perform his duties If it is found that the board selected to administer the work does not comply with the consensus of the people in the community. People shall have the right to vote for the said committee to leave. A new committee can be elected to act in the administration and enactment of the law instead. It is a democratic law enforcement process under the highest sovereignty that comes from the community. Making dominion in Rojava In all cases, there is no need for central or regional powers to rule within the community. Therefore, there is sanctity as a result of the law of the community, by the community, and for the community in true democratic principles.
