Factors Affecting Being an Innovative Educational Institution of Schools Under the Uttaradit Municipality

Abstract

            The purposes of this research were to 1) study the relationship of factors affecting being an innovative educational institution and 2) to create an equation for forecasting factors affecting to be an innovative educational institution of schools under the Uttaradit municipality. The participants were 144 school administrators and teachers under Uttaradit municipality. The sample was indicated using Krejcie & Morgan table. School administrators obtained by selecting a specific number were 11 and the teachers were obtained by random stratification. According to the number of teachers in each school were 133. Data were collected by using a questionnaire on factors affecting being an innovative educational institution of schools under Uttaradit municipality, then analyzed by Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and enter multiple regression analysis. The research found that: 1. The correlation coefficient between factors affecting being an innovative educational institution and being an innovative educational institution of school under the Uttaradit municipality found that there was a correlation coefficient between 0.771 - 0.830 and analysis result the prediction equations to the multiple regression with the significance level of 0.05 are consisted of 4 factors: innovative leadership of school administrators (X₁), school culture of innovation (X₂), knowledge support to create innovation (X₃), creative atmosphere and reinforcement at work (X₄) that affect being an innovative educational institution of schools under the Uttaradit municipality. The model correlation (R) is 0.909, the coefficient of multiple determination (R²) is 82.70, and the standard error is 0.176. write the equation as follows:
