The Factors That Affecting For The 43rd Will- Competition Of Students In South East Rajabhat University Group

Abstract

This research was to study the opinions of athletes who won the medals, which could affect the success of athletes of Sisaket Rajabhat University in the 43rd Northeast Rajabhat University Student Competition "Phuphan Games" at Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University. The sample group was athletes who had won the medals as the champions, and runners-up. Statistics used were percentage, and standard deviation.

              The research findings were as follows.

               1). Internal physiological factors: Having a proportionate body structure could lead to athletes being successful. Dedication and commitment in training and competition led to victories. It was also found that a good training program in line with sports science, physical fitness, and athletes’ strong muscles could result in athletes being successful.

               2). External factors: Personnel: The competition organizing committee had expertise in organizing competitions, had adequate and standard competition and training equipment. The organization of the competition was transparent and fair. Trainers and coaches were attentive in training their athletes. Sufficient budgets were provided. The attention given to the competitors was consistent, which proved to be an encouragement to athletes.
