Abstract

ABSTRACT

 

Elderly Persons means Individuals over 60 year old and Social going to Elderly Society bring on Land Traffic Act B.E. 2522 Compare the law on foreign and analyze data in target group, deem unsuitable in Elderly Society.                The researcher therefore would like to recommend the following issues:               

1) There should be the amendments of the law on Land Traffic Act in Thailand for Traffic Persons suitable in Elderly Society.               

2) There should be the amendments of the law on Land Traffic Act in Thailand for Elderly Persons bring Assessment of Learning Outcome about Ability in Land Traffic.
