การจัดการภาคีสาธารณะแนวใหม่: ความหมาย และนัยสำคัญ

บทความนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะวิเคราะห์ถึง “แนวคิดการจัดการภาคีสาธารณะแบบใหม่” โดยแสดงให้เห็นว่า การจัดการภาคีสาธารณะแบบใหม่ เป็นพัฒนาการของแนวคิดในการศึกษารัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ ที่เริ่มต้นจากแนวคิดระบอบการบริหารสาธารณะแบบดั้งเดิม ระบอบการจัดการสาธารณะแนวใหม่ และ ระบอบการจัดการภาคีสาธารณะแนวใหม่ นอกจากนี้ยังแสดงให้เห็นถึง ความแตกต่างระหว่างแนวคิดทั้งสาม ความแตกต่างระหว่างการจัดการสาธารณะแนวใหม่ กับธรรมาภิบาล และบรรษัทภิบาล เงื่อนไขสำคัญที่เอื้ออำนวยให้เกิดแนวคิดการจัดการสาธารณะแนวใหม่ ลักษณะสำคัญของแนวคิดการจัดการภาคีสาธารณะแนวคิด และจุดอ่อนจุดแข็งของแนวคิดดังกล่าวนี้
