แนวคิดคลาสสิคว่าด้วยสงครามกับนัยสำคัญในทางเศรษฐศาสตร์การเมืองระหว่างประเทศ

บทความนี้มีเป้าหมายหลักในการสำรวจมุมมองที่เกี่ยวข้องกับมโนทัศน์เรื่องสงครามและความรุนแรงที่ก่อร่างสร้างตัวและปรากฏให้เห็นผ่านทั้งประวัติศาสตร์การเมืองและปรัชญาการเมืองคลาสสิกของกรีซและโรมในยุคโบราณ ซึ่งได้ปรากฏให้เห็นผ่านองค์ความรู้ทางปัญญาและทางการเมืองของระเบียบสังคมในขณะนั้น โดยการศึกษาแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ส่วน ได้แก่ ส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความเข้าใจเบื้องต้นของเศรษฐศาสตร์การเมืองระหว่างประเทศ ส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับมโนทัศน์ของชาวกรีกในยุคโบราณที่มีต่อแนวคิดเรื่องสงครามและความรุนแรง ส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับมโนทัศน์ของชาวโรมันในยุคโบราณที่มีต่อแนวคิดเรื่องสงครามและความรุนแรง และส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการวิเคราะห์ผ่านนัยของเศรษฐศาสตร์การเมืองระหว่างประเทศ การศึกษาในครั้งนี้ ใช้วิธีการตีความและสังเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางประวัติศาสตร์ผ่านงานเอกสารเป็นหลัก การศึกษานำไปสู่การสร้างความเข้าใจเบื้องต้นในเรื่องของความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างมโนทัศน์ว่าด้วยสงครามและความรุนแรงกับมโนทัศน์ทางการเมืองผ่านมุมมองทางรัฐศาสตร์และเศรษฐศาสตร์การเมืองระหว่างประเทศทั้งมิติของแนวคิดสัจนิยมแนวคิดมาร์กซิสต์ ซึ่งผลจากศึกษาพบว่าประวัติศาสตร์ของกรีกและโรมันโบราณในเรื่องสงคราม สามารถอธิบายผ่านองค์ความรู้ทางเศรษฐศาสตร์การเมืองระหว่างประเทศได้ โดยเฉพาะการจัดวางมโนทัศน์เรื่องสงครามและความรุนแรงภายใต้พื้นที่ทางการเมือง การใช้มุมมองทางเศรษฐศาสตร์การเมืองโลกในการสร้างความชอบธรรมให้กับการทำสงครามและการใช้ความรุนแรงทางการเมืองรวมทั้งการอ้างถึงความยุติธรรมในการขยายอำนาจทางการทหารและอาณาเขตเหนือดินแดนต่างๆ ผ่านมิติทางเศรษฐศาสตร์การเมือง
