Abstract

The information system supporting the appropriate operation for human research ethics certification of Sisaket Rajabhat University was developed with the following objectives:1) To study and develop an information system supporting the appropriate operation for human research ethics certification of Sisaket Rajabhat University. 2) To study the efficiency of the human research ethics certification system of Sisaket Rajabhat University. The sample group used in the research was  30 experts, operators, and committee members of Sisaket Rajabhat University. The selection was purposive. The tool for evaluating the system efficiency was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire by computer experts, operators, and committee members. The statistics used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation. 1.The research results found that the development of an information system supporting the appropriate operation for the Sisaket Rajabhat University Council Office should be divided into 3 parts: 1) operators 2) committee 3) researchers. The user groups will have different access rights and the developed system can store meeting documents in categories, making it easy to search. In addition, the information in the system is updated. Users can download documents for immediate use. 2. The results of the evaluation of the system efficiency by experts, operators, committee, and researchers Which can be concluded that the developed system has good efficiency, is consistent and appropriate for practitioners, committees and researchers, and can be put to   practical use.
