การจัดการการเปลี่ยนแปลงภายใต้สภาวะแวดล้อมในยุคโลกาภิวัฒน์ ถือว่าเป็นสิ่งสำคัญสำหรับความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานขององค์กร ผู้บริหารควรตระหนักถึงการวางแผนกลยุทธ์ นโยบาย การบริหารจัดการองค์กรให้สอดคล้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพแวดล้อมจากภายนอกองค์กร ดังนั้นผู้วิจัยจึงได้ศึกษาผลกระทบของการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่มีต่อผลการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจประกันชีวิตในประเทศไทย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาว่าการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานและผลการดำเนินงาน
มีความสัมพันธ์กันหรือไม่ อย่างไร โดยทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้จัดการสาขาธุรกิจประกันชีวิตในประเทศไทย จำนวน 350 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ และใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคุณและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ
จากผลการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์และผลกระทบ พบว่า การเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงาน ด้านเทคโนโลยี มีผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อผลการดำเนินงานโดยรวมมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการแข่งขัน ด้านแนวโน้มทางสังคม ด้านธรรมชาติของกำลังแรงงาน และด้านการเมือง ตามลำดับ
สรุปการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานมีผลกระทบต่อผลการดำเนินงาน ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้
จากการวิจัยสามารถนำไปใช้ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงกระบวนการวางแผนการการดำเนินงาน การกำหนดกลยุทธ์ นโยบาย ปรับปรุงและพัฒนาศักยภาพทางด้านเทคโนโลยีและบุคลากรในองค์กร เพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันขององค์กรต่อไป

Changes administration beneath surround condition in world age be regarded as the important factor for the success in operating of the organization. The executive should realize planning strategy policy the administration manages the organization correspond environment changes from organization outside. Therefore, the researcher conducted a study of the effect of work environment changes on performance
of life insurance business in Thailand. By have the objective for study that or not are environment work changes and performance have the relation how by do. The saving collects the data from branch manager business life insurance business sample in Thailand 350 persons amounts get come to at random an example like the mountain not and use the questionnaire is a tool in the saving collect the data. The statistics use for analysis the collected data were multiple correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.
The results and the effect meet that work environment changes technology perspective affect the manner adds to build the overall operation generally most next be competition perspective social trends perspective politics perspective.
