Collaborative Network Management Strategies for Educational Management of Small-Sized Schools in Specific Upper Northern Areas

Abstract
Theresearchobjectives were to develop the strategies and study the results of Performance ofthe collaborative network management strategies foreducational management of small-sized schools in specific upper northern areas. Data were collected from Mae Hong Son and Nan provinces.There are two stages of the research process:1) Developing the collaborative network management strategies foreducational management of small-sized schools in specific upper northern areas. A draft of the strategy was prepared by a participatory planning workshop of 18 experts.And Strategic planning from scenarios planning. Quality evaluate of the strategies using the questionnaireby 15 experts.Data were analyzed by content analysis mean and standard deviation.
2)Implementing strategies for experimentation with 5small-sized schools.Evaluate the performance of the strategy by Third Party of 5 experts. Analyze empirical data based on Holistic Rubric (5 levels) Summarize with a consensus of experts and Satisfaction assessment by stakeholder inquiries on strategy. Analyze data by mean and standard deviation. The research results were found that: Collaborative network management strategies foreducational management of small-sized schools in specific upper northern areas,There are 4 strategies and 19 Measures. For the study of the performance of the strategy, it was found that Overall, the performance was better than the evaluation criterion. Except in the measure 2.4,the assessment is at an improvement level. In terms of satisfaction, the stakeholders were highly satisfied with their strategy.
