Abstract
A study about “community enterprise development on the bio economic base the case study of Chiwiwit Community Enterprise Nam kian subdistrict, Nan Province” has written with objectives for presenting the components of management and the development process of community-based enterprises on the biological economy to be successful. Which requires the development of community enterprise management to achieve sustainable self-reliance under the management elements in 2 dimensions as follows: The first dimension has a management philosophy. Realizing local resource advantages have new ideas and ideas can bring technology and innovation to help create added value Use financial conservatism with unity and emphasis on identity creation and the second dimension has a systematic strategic management process. There is a vision, mission, objectives, strategies, policies as well as systematic monitoring and evaluation as well as the development of community-based enterprise on the basis of the bio economy.There are 7 steps with community enterprise organizations themselves with a government agency acting as a consultants to promote and support. The content of the article has raised the case of the Chiwiwit Community Enterprise Nam kian Subdistrict, Nan Province.
