บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการเรื่อง “การพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชนบนฐานเศรษฐกิจชีวภาพ กรณีศึกษาวิสาหกิจชุมชน
ชีววิถี ตำบลน้ำเกี๋ยน จังหวัดน่าน” เขียนขึ้นโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอองค์ประกอบของการจัดการและขั้นตอนการพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชนบนฐานเศรษฐกิจชีวภาพให้ประสบผลสำเร็จ โดยต้องดำเนินการพัฒนาการจัดการวิสาหกิจชุมชนสู่การพึ่งตนเองอย่างยั่งยืนภายใต้องค์ประกอบของการจัดการใน 2 มิติ ดังนี้ มิติที่หนึ่งมีปรัชญาการจัดการ ตระหนักถึงความได้เปรียบด้านทรัพยากรท้องถิ่น มีความคิดและไอเดียใหม่ๆ สามารถนำเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมเข้ามาช่วยในการสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่ม ใช้แนวคิดอนุรักษ์นิยมทางการเงิน มีความสามัคคีและ
ให้ความสำคัญกับการสร้างเอกลักษณ์ และมิติที่สองมีกระบวนการจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์อย่างเป็นระบบ มีการกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ ภารกิจ วัตถุประสงค์ กลยุทธ์ นโยบาย รวมไปถึงการติดตามและประเมินผลอย่างเป็นระบบ รวมทั้ง
การพัฒนาองค์กรวิสาหกิจชุมชนบนฐานเศรษฐกิจชีวภาพต้องดำเนินการตามกระบวนการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาองค์กรวิสาหกิจชุมชนประกอบด้วย 7 ขั้นตอนด้วยองค์กรวิสาหกิจชุมชนเอง โดยมีหน่วยงานรัฐทำหน้าที่เป็นที่ปรึกษาให้การส่งเสริมและสนับสนุน โดยเนื้อหาของบทความได้ยกกรณีศึกษาวิสาหกิจชุมชนชีววิถี ตำบลน้ำเกี๋ยน
