Strategy 3 5 7: Road to Success In the management of distance education through information technology (DLIT) for sub-district quality schools

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the success path of distance learning information technology. How is the implementation of the strategy 3 5 7 used in quality schools in the sub-district? By using a documentary research method, the study of related literature was divided into 1) 20 Thai literature and 2) 6 foreign language literature. Collection of information from textbooks, books, reports, Internet searches. The selection of related documents consists of 1) authenticity is a document that comes from a reliable source. It must be accurate, complete, consistent with the context of the situation that occurred during the publication period; 2) credibility is the document is free from errors and misrepresentation; 3) representativeness is a document that can represent details instead of documents of the same type; details can represent a sample population; and 4) meaning is a document that is easy to understand, clear, consistent with the objectives and significance of the research and present the research results in an analytical way and synthesize information .The results of the study on the factors for success in the management of distance learning information technology in the field of strategy 3 5 7 is that the school must prepare in the “3 must have”. The administrators applied the strategy 3 5 7 in school management by Encourage teachers to use them in classroom teaching. Therefore, the vision of school administrators must manage to create “5 must-dos” through encouraging teachers to implement them in “7 Practices” that are driven by integration with content and technology tools for improving the quality of education, namely: 1) quality classrooms; 2) teaching and learning resources 3) online library 4) community of professional development 5) test bank.
