ยุทธศาสตร์ 3 5 7: เส้นทางความสำเร็จในการจัดการศึกษาทางไกล ผ่านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (DLIT) สำหรับโรงเรียนคุณภาพประจำตำบล

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อค้นหาคำตอบว่าเส้นทางความสำเร็จของการจัดการศึกษาทางไกลผ่านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ โดยการนำยุทธศาสตร์ 3 5 7 มาใช้ในโรงเรียนคุณภาพประจำตำบลเป็นอย่างไร
โดยใช้กระบวนวิธีการวิจัยเชิงเอกสาร (Documentary Research) ศึกษาวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง แบ่งเป็น
1) วรรณกรรมภาษาไทย จำนวน 20 ฉบับ และ 2) วรรณกรรมภาษาต่างประเทศ จำนวน 6 ฉบับ การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากตำรา หนังสือ รายงานการสืบค้นทางอินเทอร์เน็ต โดยคัดเลือกเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง ประกอบด้วย 1) มีความถูกต้อง (Authenticity) คือเอกสารมาจากแหล่งเชื่อถือได้ สอดคล้องกับบริบทของสถานการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นในช่วงระยะเวลาที่ตีพิมพ์ 2) มีความน่าเชื่อถือ (Credibility) คือ เอกสารที่ปราศจากข้อผิดพลาดและการบิดเบือนข้อมูล 3) มีความเป็นตัวแทน (Representativeness) คือ เป็นเอกสารที่แสดง รายละเอียดสามารถเป็นตัวแทนกลุ่มประชากรตัวอย่างได้ และ 4) มีความหมายชัดเจน (Meaning) คือ เป็นเอกสารที่เข้าใจได้ง่าย สอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ นำเสนอผลการวิจัยในเชิงวิเคราะห์ และสังเคราะห์ข้อมูล ผลการวิจัยปัจจัยสู่ความสำเร็จในการจัดการศึกษาทางไกลผ่านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศด้านยุทธศาสตร์ 3 5 7 คือโรงเรียนต้องเตรียมความพร้อมใน “3 ข้อต้องมี” ผู้บริหารนำยุทธศาสตร์ 3 5 7 ไปใช้ในการบริหาร โดยการสนับสนุนให้ครู นำไปใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน วิสัยทัศน์ (Vision) ของผู้บริหารจะต้องบริหารให้เกิด “5 ข้อต้องทำ” ผ่านการสนับสนุนให้ครูนำไปปฏิบัติใน “7 ข้อต้องปฏิบัติ” มีการขับเคลื่อนการผสานงานร่วมกัน โดยมีเครื่องมือที่มีเนื้อหาและเทคโนโลยีสำหรับการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาคือ 1) ห้องเรียนคุณภาพ 2) คลังสื่อประกอบการเรียนการสอน 3) ห้องสมุดออนไลน์ 4) ชุมชนแห่งการพัฒนาวิชาชีพ 5) คลังข้อสอบ
