อิทธิพลของความเป็นผู้ประกอบองค์การ ทุนทางปัญญาและความร่วมมือของสมาชิกที่มีต่อผลการดำเนินงานของวิสาหกิจชุมชนในภาคเหนือตอนบน 1 ของประเทศไทย

Abstract
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นผู้ประกอบการองค์การ ทุนทางปัญญา ความร่วมมือของสมาชิกและผลการดำเนินงาน และ (2) ศึกษาอิทธิพลความเป็นผู้ประกอบองค์การ ทุนทางปัญญาและความร่วมมือสมาชิกที่มีต่อผลการดำเนินงานของวิสาหกิจชุมชนในภาคเหนือตอนบน 1 ของประเทศไทย
กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจชุมชน จำนวน 4 จังหวัด ได้แก่ เชียงใหม่ ลำพูน ลำปางและแม่ฮ่องสอน จำนวน 311 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม โดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติอนุมานวิเคราะห์เส้นทางความสัมพันธ์
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจชุมชนส่วนใหญ่ให้ความสำคัญต่อความเป็นผู้ประกอบการองค์การเป็นอันดับแรก รองลงมา คือ การมุ่งเน้นทุนทางปัญญา ความร่วมมือของสมาชิกและผลการดำเนินงาน โดยทุกปัจจัยอยู่ในระดับมาก
การวิเคราะห์เส้นทางความสัมพันธ์พบว่าความเป็นผู้ประกอบการองค์การมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อทุนทางปัญญามากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ ความเป็นผู้ประกอบการองค์การมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อความร่วมมือของสมาชิกความร่วมมือของสมาชิกมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อผลการดำเนินงาน ทุนทางปัญญามีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อ
ผลการดำเนินงานและลำดับสุดท้ายความเป็นผู้ประกอบการองค์การมีอิทธิพลต่อผลการดำเนินงาน
The purpose of this research was (1) to study the corporate entrepreneurship, intellectual capital,members collaboration and performance and (2) the study effect of corporate entrepreneurship, intellectual capital and members collaboration toward performance of community enterprises on Northern Region 1 in Thailand. It was quantitative research and the sampling group was 311 in community enterprises. The research tool was in questionnaire format by applying descriptive statistics for data analysis. There were composed of the percentage, standard deviation and inferential statistics with path analysis technique.
The outcomes of research revealed that the importance of corporate entrepreneurship, intellectual capital, members collaboration and performance by all factors were valued as most level.
The outcomes of path analysis that the corporate entrepreneurship had the most direct effect toward intellectual capital, and followed by the corporate entrepreneurship had direct effect toward members collaboration, the member of collaboration had direct effect toward performance, intellectual capital had direct effect toward the performance, Lastly, the corporate entrepreneurship had direct effect toward performance.
