บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ สู่การพัฒนาคุณภาพนักเรียนตามมาตรฐานสากล 2) ศึกษาผลการดำเนินการบริหารจัดการชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ สู่การพัฒนาคุณภาพนักเรียนตามมาตรฐานสากล และ 3) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลของการดำเนินการพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพสู่การพัฒนาคุณภาพนักเรียนตามมาตรฐานสากล โรงเรียนเชียงดาววิทยาคม ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครู จากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 50 คน นักเรียน จากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย จำนวน 278 คน และผู้ปกครองนักเรียน จากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย จำนวน 278 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น และแบบประเมิน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการสร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพสู่การพัฒนาคุณภาพนักเรียนตามมาตรฐานสากล โรงเรียนเชียงดาววิทยาคม มีความสอดคล้องระหว่างวัตถุประสงค์กับนโยบายของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการและแผนกลยุทธ์ของโรงเรียน และผลประเมินรูปแบบการบริหาร มีความเหมาะสม 2) ผลการดำเนินการบริหารจัดการชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพสู่การพัฒนาคุณภาพนักเรียนตามมาตรฐานสากล โรงเรียนเชียงดาววิทยาคม อยู่ในระดับมาก (= 4.06, S.D. =0.62) และ 3) ผลการศึกษาประสิทธิผลของการพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ สู่การพัฒนาคุณภาพนักเรียนตามมาตรฐานสากล โรงเรียนเชียงดาววิทยาคม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนสูงขึ้นและการอ่าน คิดวิเคราะห์ เขียน พัฒนาขึ้นอยู่ในระดับดีเยี่ยม และมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (
