ภูมิทัศน์องค์ความรู้สู่ความยั่งยืนของวิสาหกิจชุมชน: บทเรียนจากการสังเคราะห์วรรณกรรมและการตีความเชิงบริบทของประเทศกำลังพัฒนา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) วิเคราะห์โครงสร้างองค์ความรู้และแนวโน้มการศึกษาด้านความยั่งยืนของวิสาหกิจชุมชนด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงบรรณมิติ (2) สังเคราะห์ประเด็นและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความยั่งยืนของวิสาหกิจชุมชนในบริบทประเทศกำลังพัฒนา และ (3) พัฒนากรอบแนวคิดเชิงบูรณาการสำหรับความยั่งยืนของวิสาหกิจชุมชน การวิจัยใช้การทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบร่วมกับการวิเคราะห์เชิงบรรณมิติและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา จากบทความที่ผ่านเกณฑ์การคัดเลือกจำนวน 50 เรื่อง ในช่วง ค.ศ. 2022–2026 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา การวิเคราะห์คำสำคัญร่วม การอ้างอิงร่วม และการสังเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โครงสร้างองค์ความรู้สามารถจำแนกเป็น 5 คลัสเตอร์ ได้แก่ (1) ความยั่งยืนและการเข้าถึงตลาด (2) การบริหารจัดการและการสร้างคุณค่า (3) ความยืดหยุ่น นวัตกรรม และผลการดำเนินงาน (4) การพัฒนาชุมชนและการตลาดดิจิทัล และ (5) การสนับสนุนเชิงนโยบายและการพัฒนา โดยองค์ความรู้มีแนวโน้มขยายไปสู่การให้ความสำคัญกับความสามารถในการปรับตัว นวัตกรรม การเชื่อมโยงตลาด และการสนับสนุนเชิงสถาบันมากขึ้น การสังเคราะห์คำสำคัญร่วมกับเนื้อหาวรรณกรรมสามารถจัดองค์ประกอบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความยั่งยืนได้ 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการ การปรับตัวและนวัตกรรมขององค์กร การพัฒนาชุมชนและการสร้างศักยภาพภายในชุมชน และการเชื่อมโยงตลาดและการสนับสนุนเชิงสถาบัน นำไปสู่กรอบแนวคิดเชิงบูรณาการที่สะท้อนว่า ความยั่งยืนของวิสาหกิจชุมชนเกิดจากความเชื่อมโยงระหว่างศักยภาพของชุมชน ความสามารถขององค์กร ตลาด และบริบทเชิงสถาบัน ซึ่งสามารถใช้เป็นฐานสำหรับการวิจัยเชิงประจักษ์และการกำหนดแนวทางส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจชุมชนในบริบทประเทศกำลังพัฒนา
