Abstract
บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้เป็นรายงานผลการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาฐานความรู้ภาษาฝรั่งเศสเพื่องานเลขานุการ โดยได้ดำเนินการเป็น 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ (1) ขั้นเตรียมการพัฒนาฐานความรู้ โดยใช้ข้อมูลจากการสำรวจความคิดเห็นของผู้ปฏิบัติงานด้านเลขานุการ เพื่อใช้เป็นข้อมูลประกอบการออกแบบโครงสร้างเมนูหลักและเมนูย่อย (2) ขั้นการออกแบบ พัฒนา และปรับปรุงฐานความรู้ โดยให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเนื้อหาและด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอนประเมินคุณภาพด้านเนื้อหา รูปแบบการนำเสนอ และเทคนิคที่ใช้ในการพัฒนา (3) ขั้นทดลองใช้ฐานความรู้ โดยสอบถามความคิดเห็นจากนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 ที่เรียนรายวิชาภาษาฝรั่งเศสสำหรับงานเลขานุการและสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ผลจากการประเมินหลังการทดลองใช้ฐานความรู้พบว่าผู้เรียนมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุด ทั้งด้านเนื้อหา รูปแบบการนำเสนอ และด้านการเรียนการสอน โดยเห็นว่าเป็นแหล่งข้อมูลที่เป็นประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งในการพัฒนาด้านภาษาฝรั่งเศสเพื่องานเลขานุการ เป็นการเพิ่มทางเลือกในการศึกษาหาความรู้เพิ่มเติม และเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เรียนสามารถค้นคว้าความรู้เพิ่มเติมตามความต้องการได้ด้วยตนเอง

Abstract
This research aims to develop the French Secretaries Knowledgebase. The project was divided into three phases: (i) the preparation phase, which gathered the secretaries’ opinion on their works, which would be used to design the structure of the website (main menu and drop-down menu); (ii) the design, development and improvement of the French Secretaries Knowledgebase in which experts in content and materials development evaluated the quality of the content, presentation and techniques involved; (iii) pilot study, in which the fourth-year students enrolled French Secretaries course used the website and gave some feedback through questionnaires and in-depth interview. After using the French Secretaries Knowledgebase, the students showed satisfaction at the highest level in terms of content, presentation and the French language instruction. With carefully selected and up-to-date content, well-designed presentation, user friendliness, the students found the tool very useful for self-study.
