บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาอิสระ เรื่องการปรับปรุงระบบการบริหารองค์กร ของบริษัท ไทรแองเกิล ออโต้ จำกัด มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน ปัญหา และสาเหตุของปัญหา สำหรับวางแผนปรับปรุงระบบบริหารจัดการองค์กรให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น โดยการศึกษา วิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ปัจจุบันทั้งภายนอกและภายในด้วย SWOT analysis ศึกษาถึงสาเหตุหลักของปัญหาโดยอาศัยแผนผังความใกล้ชิด แผนภูมิพาเรโต้ แผนผังความสัมพันธ์ แผนผังก้างปลา และเสนอแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาและปรับปรุงองค์กรด้วยการระดมสมอง ผลการศึกษาพบว่าสาเหตุหลักของปัญหาการบริหารองค์กรที่ด้อยประสิทธิภาพ ได้แก่ พนักงานไม่รู้หน้าที่ ทำให้ทำงานไม่เป็นทีม แนวทางแก้ไขและปรับปรุงประกอบด้วย การจัดทำนโยบายบริหาร นโยบายคุณภาพ นโยบายการบริหารคลังสินค้า นโยบายการตลาด นโยบายการซื้อ นโยบายการขาย นโยบายการเงินและบัญชี และนโยบายการบริหารบุคคล รวมถึงการจัดทำแผนภูมิโครงสร้างองค์กรใหม่ การบรรยายงาน และการออกแบบกระบวนการทำงานตลอดจนการสร้างมาตรฐานของงานตามแนวของ PDCAภายหลังการลงมือปฏิบัติจริงตามแนวทางและรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการองค์กรแบบใหม่พบว่าสามารถเพิ่มยอดขายรถยนต์ได้ในเดือน มิถุนายน 2555 ได้อีก 30 %
ABSTRACT
This independent study on “a Corporate Management Improvement of Triangle Auto Company Limited” aims to improve the organization management which was unefficient for competition. The study consisted of the present situation analysis or external and internal environment and completion status by means of SWOT analysis. The causes of problem were analysied by Affinity Diagram, Pareto Diagram, Cause and Effect Diagram and Relation Diagram. Moreover, the improvement methods were decided by means of Brain Storming method. The results of study revealed that the main cause of problem was the employee did not know who to do for their duties which causing a failure in team working. Thus, the methodologies for the improvement of the organization management were the establishment of policies on Administration, Qualtity, Inventory, Marketing, Purchasing, Sales, Finance and Accountancy, Human Resources, as well as Organization Chart, Job Description and Work Processing Design, Moreover, the work standardization was redone via PDCA cycle. After implementation, it is found out that the sales volumes of the car in June ,2012 increasing more than 30 %
