การดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของสมาชิกกลุ่มทอผ้าไหมในจังหวัดสุรินทร์

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาการใช้หลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในการดำเนินชีวิตของสมาชิกกลุ่มทอผ้าไหมในจังหวัดสุรินทร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ สมาชิกกลุ่มทอผ้าไหมในจังหวัดสุรินทร์ จำนวน 12 กลุ่ม  เลือกตัวอย่างโดยการกำหนดโควตา ประกอบด้วย คณะกรรมการกลุ่มๆละ 6 คน ใช้วิธีสุ่มอย่างง่าย ได้ตัวอย่าง 72 คน สมาชิกกลุ่มๆ ละ 12 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ได้ตัวอย่างสมาชิก จำนวน 144 คน รวมกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 216 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามประกอบการสัมภาษณ์ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก แบบบันทึกการสนทนากลุ่ม และแบบบันทึกการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content analysis)

ผลการวิจัย

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของสมาชิกกลุ่มทอผ้าไหมในจังหวัดสุรินทร์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (=4.36) ข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (=4.63) จำนวน 5 ข้อ คือ ข้อที่ (1) การรู้จักแบ่งปันในทุก ๆเรื่องที่แบ่งปันได้โดยตัวเองไม่เดือดร้อน ข้อที่ (8)  ภูมิใจในวัฒนธรรมของใช้พื้นบ้านของตนเอง และข้อที่ (15) การใช้ข้อมูลเป็นรากฐานในการวางแผนโดยอาศัยหลักคิดที่ดี  ข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด (=4.32) จำนวน ข้อ 4 คือ ข้อที่ (2) การไม่เอาเปรียบคนอื่น ข้อที่ (9) การไม่ไหลไปตามกระแสบริโภคนิยม ข้อที่ (16) การทำงานต่าง ๆ ด้วยใจรัก และ ข้อที่ (22) การนึกถึงส่วนรวม มากกว่าส่วนตัว โดยการไม่เอาแต่ญาติพี่น้องพรรคพวก เพื่อนฝูง มีการใช้หลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในการดำเนินชีวิต ดังนี้ 1) หลักพอประมาณ ลงทุนในการทอผ้าตามฐานะของตน รู้จักพอเพียงในสิ่งที่ตนเองมี รู้จักแบ่งปันให้กับผู้อื่น ไม่สร้างความเดือดร้อนให้แก่ผู้อื่น ประหยัด มีการออมในหมู่สมาชิก ดำเนินชีวิตเรียบง่าย 2) หลักเหตุผล ยอมรับความคิดเห็นของผู้อื่น ถ้อยทีถ้อยอาศัย อยู่ร่วมกันแบบเครือญาติ ลดภาระค่าใช้จ่ายที่ไม่จำเป็น ไม่หวังกำไรที่มากเกินไป ใช้ทรัพยากรที่มีอยู่อย่างรู้คุณค่า รู้จักแยกแยะความถูกต้อง 3) หลักภูมิคุ้มกัน สร้างสรรค์สิ่งไร้ค่าให้เกิดประโยชน์ ใช้อย่างรู้คุณค่าและคุ้มค่า สร้างความรักความผูกพันช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลกัน เอื้ออาทรต่อกัน ร่วมมือและสร้างพลังสามัคคีในกลุ่มและในชุมชน สร้างความคุ้นเคยกับลูกค้า พัฒนาตนเองปฏิบัติตนตามหลักพระพุทธศาสนา ยึดหลักทางสายกลาง มีความขยัน สื่อสัตย์ ประหยัด อดทน อดกลั้น มีสติ ดำเนินชีวิตอย่างสมดุลมีเหตุมีผล

Abstract

This research aimed to study of the way of life based on self-sufficiency economy of the silk-weaving member groups in Surin province. The samples consisted of committees and members of 12 groups of silk-weaving members in Surin province. The six committees samples were selected by quota sampling from each group so there were 72 committees. The twelve member samples were selected by using simple random sampling from each group so there were 144 members. The total samples were 216. The research instrument comprised of the structured questionnaire used for an interview, in-depth interview questions, focus group record, and participant observation record. The quantitative data were analyzed by mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data were analyzed by using content analysis.

Research results

The research results showed that the overall score of level of living based on self-sufficiency economy of the silk-weaving groups in Surin province was in high level ( =4.36). The maximum average scores with the highest level (=4.63) were in 5 items those were Item (1) sharing under any condition without self-difficulty; Item (8) being proud of their own local culture, and Item (15) Using information as a basis for good planning. The minimum average scores (=4.32) were in 4 items. They were Item (2) Not taking advantages from others, Item (9) Not being in consumerism, Item (16) Working with heart, and Item (22) Considering for the majority more than oneself or even for relatives and friends.  Moreover, the results showed that the members of silk-weaving groups followed the self-sufficiency economic principle in the way of life as follows: 1) The Moderate:  investing in their weaving business according to their own budget, understanding in self-sufficient and satisfying what they have, understand about giving and taking, no harming to others, savings among group members, and living life in simple way. 2) The reasonableness: accepting opinions of others, living in, reducing unnecessary spending cost, not expecting too much profit, valuing natural resources, and recognizing good or bad things 3) The mechanism of self-immunity: creating worthless things to be something useful, valuing things, building love and caring to each other, having cooperation and unity in the community, being familiarity with customers, following the Buddhism way of life -‘middle way’, being honest, diligent saving, tolerance,  having well-balanced lifestyle conscious reason.
