การป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาเสพติดสารเสพติดด้วยพุทธธรรม; The Protection and Solution the Problems of Dentrifices by Buddha’s

Abstract

         This research has purposes: study the cause of taking the dentrifices of people and study Buddha’s doctrines for solution the problems of dentrificers. This research is a qualitative that the researcher studies it from many documents: Tripitaka, the dentrifice Acts, documents about legislations of dentrifices. The researcher interviews people who take many dentrifices and observe their behavior.

         The result of the researching is discovered that the main cause which many people take the dentrifices have three: environment, dentrificers, and dentrifices. The dentrifics have over 146 kinds. Having considered the three main causes of people taking dentrifices, the researcher designs to use Buddha’s doctrines in the three points: true-hearted friends, false friends and six Disa for solving the problems of dentrifices. These teachings are the most convenient to solve these problems.

บทคัดย่อ

         บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสาเหตุการติดยาเสพติดของประชาชนและเพื่อศึกษาการใช้พุทธธรรมแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาค้นคว้าจากเอกสาร คือ พระไตรปิฎก พระราชบัญญัติยาเสพติด เอกสารเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายยาเสพติด สัมภาษณ์กลุ่มบุคคลผู้เสพยาเสพติด และสังเกตปรากฏการณ์จากกลุ่มบุคคลเหล่านี้

         ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สาเหตุหลักที่ทำให้บุคคล เสพติดยาเสพติด มีอยู่ 3 สาเหตุ คือ สิ่งแวดล้อม ตัวผู้เสพ และตัวยาเสพติด ส่วนตัวยาเสพติดนั้นมีจำนวนมากมายถึง 146 ชนิดด้วยกัน สำหรับการนำพุทธธรรมมาแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติดนั้น เมื่อพิเคราะห์สาเหตุหลักทั้ง 3 ที่ทำให้บุคคลเสพติดยาเสพติดแล้ว ผู้วิจัยได้นำหลักมิตรแท้มิตรเทียมและทิศหกมาแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับปัญหาที่ทำให้บุคคลเสพติดยาเสพติด
