แนวทางการพัฒนามนุษย์สู่ประชาคมอาเซียนของสถาบันการศึกษาในอำเภอเมืองปัตตานี จังหวัดปัตตานี; Guidelines for Human Development toward ASEAN Community of Educational Institutions in Amphoe Mueang, Pattani Province

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1) เพื่อสำรวจความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนและนักศึกษาต่อความพร้อมในการจัดการศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนของสถาบันการศึกษาในอำเภอเมืองปัตตานี 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนและนักศึกษาต่อการพัฒนาผู้เรียนสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนของสถาบันการศึกษาในอำเภอเมืองปัตตานี และ 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนามนุษย์สู่ประชาคมอาเซียนของสถาบันการศึกษาในอำเภอเมืองปัตตานี การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่ายจากจำนวนประชากรทั้งหมด 15,990 คน จำนวนตัวอย่างนักศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรีของมหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตปัตตานี มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย วิทยาลัยสงฆ์ปัตตานีและวิทยาลัยชุมชนปัตตานี รวม 749 คน นักเรียนในระดับมัธยมศึกษาของโรงเรียนเดชะปัตตนยานุกูลและโรงเรียนเบญจมราชูทิศ จำนวน 358 คนและนักเรียนในระดับประถมศึกษาของโรงเรียนอนุบาลปัตตานี จำนวน 203 คน รวมกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 1,310 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง จำนวน 908 คน (ร้อยละ 69.31) นักศึกษาปริญญาตรี มัธยมและประถมศึกษามีอายุเฉลี่ย 23, 16.5 และ 11.5 ปีตามลำดับ ส่วนใหญ่มีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ในจังหวัดปัตตานี จำนวน 908 คน (ร้อยละ 69.31) นับถือศาสนาอิสลามมากที่สุด จำนวน 786 คน (ร้อยละ 60.0) นอกจากนี้ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การเตรียมความพร้อมในการจัดการศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนของสถาบันการศึกษาในอำเภอเมืองปัตตานีอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 3.15, S.D.= 0.48) มีความพร้อมมากที่สุดในวิธีการเรียนการสอน การจัดการเรียนรู้และการพัฒนาผู้เรียนหรือพัฒนามนุษย์ ( = 3.21, S.D. = 0.60 เท่ากัน) 2) การพัฒนาผู้เรียนสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนของสถาบันการศึกษาในอำเภอเมืองปัตตานี ควรจัดการสอนเป็นภาษาต่างประเทศโดยเฉพาะภาษาอังกฤษ ปรับปรุงเนื้อหาของหลักสูตรให้ง่าย ทันสมัย หลากหลายและสอดคล้องกับการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวัน พัฒนาห้องสมุดให้ทันสมัยและมีคุณภาพ และ 3) แนวทางการพัฒนามนุษย์สู่ประชาคมอาเซียนของสถาบันการศึกษาในอำเภอเมืองปัตตานี ได้แก่ 1) ปรับปรุงเนื้อหาของหลักสูตรด้านภาษาต่างประเทศให้ง่าย ทันสมัยและสอดคล้องกับการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวัน 2) พัฒนาห้องสมุด วัสดุอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ให้ทันสมัย  มีคุณภาพและพอเพียง 3) พัฒนาบรรยากาศและสภาพแวดล้อมภายในให้สะอาด สวยงามและเป็นธรรมชาติ 4) มีคุณธรรมจริยธรรม มนุษยสัมพันธ์ พัฒนาตนเอง ให้ความสำคัญ และเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมอาเซียน และ 5) ส่งเสริมกิจกรรมอย่างต่อเนื่องมุ่งเน้นการแสดงออกและความคิดสร้างสรรค์

Abstract

            This research has objectives to 1) to survey students’ opinion relating to readiness of education management of educational institutions in Amphoe Mueang Pattani toward ASEAN Community 2) to compare students’ opinion about learner development of educational institutions in Amphoe Mueang Pattani toward ASEAN Community and 3) to propose guidelines for human development of educational institutions in Amphoe Mueang Pattani toward ASEAN Community. The research is qualitative; using a simple random sampling of population 15,990 students with the Prince of Songkla University (PSU), Pattani Community College (PCC), and Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University (MCU), Pattani Buddhist College are totally 749. The secondary school of Dechapattayanukun and Benjamarachutit Pattani of students are totally 358. The elementary school of Anuban Pattani of students is totally 203; these sampling groups totally are 1,310 students were collected by questionnaires and were descriptive statistics, such as frequency, percentage, average, and standard deviation.

          The results showed that the majority of respondents were female, 908 students. (of 69.31 %), the bachelor students an average age 23 years, the secondary students an average age of 16.5 years, and the elementary students average age 11.5 years. The mostly domiciled in Pattani of the 908 students (of 69.31 %), was mostly of Muslims of the 786 students. (of 60.0 %) Moreover, the results show 1) the readiness of education management toward ASEAN Community found that overall students of all education levels are seen with moderate (= 3.15, S.D. = 0.48) on the readiness of educational institutions in human development, and most are ready in teaching methods, learning management and learner development or human development. (= 3.21, S.D. = 0.60) 2) the learner development toward ASEAN Community should be taught as a foreign language, especially English; should be improved the content of the courses with easy, modern, variety and consistency in everyday life; should be developed with modern and quality library, and 3) the guidelines for human development toward ASEAN Community including a) improving the content of the foreign language course to easier b) developing the library, all materials and equipment to modern, quality and sufficiency c) developing the condition and internal environment to clean and beauty d) have the ethics, self-development,  take action and participate in ASEAN activities and e) promoting continuous on self-expression and creativity
