Relationships between Transformational leadership and Teamwork Efficiency with Learning Organization of The Permanent Secretary Ministry of Finance

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the relation of transformational leadership and teamwork efficiency with learning organization of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Finance. The samples of this study were 212 government officers of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Finance. Data were analyzed by percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient.

         The results conclude that the transformational leadership relation from highest to lowest in the following order; by Charismatic – Inspirational leadership (r = 0.783), Inspiration  motivation (r = 0.781), Intellectual stimulation (r = 0.777), Individualized consideration (r = 0.767) and teamwork efficiency by setting up teamwork’s mission and goal (r = 0.802), communicating openly (r = 0.771), making decisions together (r = 0.720), shared leadership (r = 0.710), assigning duties according to the role and responsibilities (r = 0.650) related with learning organization was statistically significant at .05 level
