The Administration According to the Good Governance of School Administrators under the Jurisdiction of Secondary Educational Service Area Office 31: A Case Study of Phuvidhaya School, Nakhon Ratchasima

The purposes of this mixed-method research were to study the state of administration according to the good governance and to find out the administrative guidelines for the school administrators in Phuvidhaya School, Nakhon Ratchasima. The target group was a number of 47 teachers and educational personnel and 5 experts. The instruments used for collecting the data were a 5-rating scale questionnaire and the semi-structured informal interview form, with the content validity of the index of congruency (IOC) between 0.80 - 1, and a reliability of 0.92. The statistics used for analyzing the data were percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation; and the qualitative data were analyzed by the content analysis.
The research findings were summarized that the real state of administration at present was at a high level, and the decentralization and equality were at a moderate level. The administrative guidelines that needed the urgent development at the highest level are the teachers and educational personnel should be equally treated, without desegregation and preference; and educational personnel should be allowed to take part in sharing ideas and making decisions.
