Management model for excellence of primary schools in Northern Region of Thailand

This research aimed to 1) synthesize concepts related to management towards excellence of private primary schools in the northern region of Thailand, 2) study the components of management towards excellence of private primary schools in the Northern region of Thailand, and 3) present a management model for excellence in private primary schools in the North of Thailand. The research format is a combined research method. The sample group was a group of administrators, deputy administrators, and teachers of private primary schools in the northern region, totaling 693 people, and a group of administrators of the Private Vocational Education Administration Office and administrators of private schools, totaling 14 people. Statistics used to analyze the data include: frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, exploratory component analysis and content analysis from focus groups, the research tools were questionnaires and semi-structured interviews.
The results of the research found that 1) excellence education administrative for private elementary schools in Northern Region of Thailand, a total of 75 variables obtained from the compilation, 2) excellence education administrative model for private elementary schools in Northern Region of Thailand, consisting of 7 components, strategic management and knowledge management, customer focus and stakeholders, focusing on personnel, setting clear and concrete organizational goals, using executive leadership, focusing on operations, and valuing results, and 3) results of confirmation of excellence education administrative model for private elementary schools in Northern Region of Thailand consisted of 7 components and 16 factors.
