Marketing strategies that affect purchase intention and willingness to pay of consumer of organic agricultural product in the Southern Region

The purposes of this research were to 1) study repeat purchase intentions and willingness to pay of consumers of organic agricultural products in the Southern region, 2) a study the level of influence of marketing strategies on repeat purchase intention and willingness to pay of consumers of organic agricultural products in the southern region, the sample group comprised of 313 organic farmers from the southern region using a convenient sampling method. Statistics used in data analysis is descriptive statistics, including mean, standard deviation, and inferential statistics includes data analysis using the AMOS program from the analysis of the structural equation model. The research results found that 1) All three variables are marketing strategy, repeat purchase intention and willingness to pay. This is in good agreement with the empirical data. Considered from the chi-square correlation value = 2.948, CFI index value = 0.986, TLI value = 0.975, RMSEA value = 0.079, RMR value = 0.045, RMSEA = 0.079, passing all standard criteria. 2) Factors in organic agricultural marketing strategies repeat purchase intention and willingness to pay. The results of the study found that organic marketing strategies which includes product quality customer service in terms of purchasing experience in stores awareness about health and fairness in price, it has a direct influence on repeat purchase intentions and willingness to pay of consumers of organic products as for repeat purchase intention, it has a direct influence on consumers' willingness to pay for organic products. The results of the research will help businesses to apply the research results, especially the marketing strategy because at present there are all types of organic agricultural products being sold. This research study is therefore beneficial to organic agricultural products businesses in all areas in a sustainable way.
