Abstract
This research Its objective is 1) to study the level of development guidelines and operational standards of the Child Development Center of Hin Ngom Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Muang District, Nong Khai Province; Child Development, Hin Ngom Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Muang District, Nong Khai Province The statistics used in the data analysis were mean, standard deviation. Multiple regression analysis by Enter method at .05 statistical significance level. 3) To study the suggestions for promoting and enhancing the efficiency of the development of the Child Development Center of Hin Ngom Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Muang District, Nong Khai Province. The sample group consisted of 297 teachers, parents, people, employees and members of Hin Ngom Subdistrict Administrative Organization by Taro Yamane formula. Data were collected by questionnaires. Data analysis statistics are mean, standard deviation. Multiple regression analysis by Enter method at statistical significance level .05.
Research findings: 1) Guidelines for the development and operation standards of the Child Development Center, Hin Ngom Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Muang District, Nong Khai Province. Overall, it was at a high level. 2) Guidelines for the development of child development centers affecting the performance standards of the child development center of Hin Ngom Sub-district Administrative Organization, Muang District, Nong Khai Province in general, can be explained by 66.1% with R2 = .661 and has a value of F = 190.076 with statistical significance at the .01 level. 3) Suggestions for promoting and enhancing the efficiency of the development of the Child Development Center of Hin Ngom Sub-District Administrative Organization, Muang District, Nong Khai Province, is to provide an opinion box about the operation. Personnel with specific knowledge and abilities should be recruited. The development of young children should be promoted according to the standards of young child development
